This is my final FFF and I am rounding it up with my beautiful friend Jessica.
If you missed the first and second part of the edition, then you can catch them here and here.
Top – Matalan // Skirt – Zara // Necklace – Monsoon // Shoes – M&S
Jessica and I went to school together, I started late and she took me under her wing and into the “IT” crowd.
Jess now works in the city, so has that chic work style mission on a daily basis. I slightly envy her for this, although I’m sure the novelty wears off quickly – pun intended!
Jess and I are both complete daddies girls and I remember on one occasion going for a sleepover. Jess’ dad drove us to an outlet to pick up the must have item at the time… The Ralph Lauren jumpers! The first outlet didn’t have the colour we wanted, so her gorgeous dad took us to another outlet!! How unbelievably cute! This kind gesture was definitely appreciated as Jess and I lived in them.
I ask each of my lovelies 10 questions about their style so that you can learn a bit more about them and their fashion do’s and don’ts.
10 QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR STYLE
How would you describe your style?
I think my style is quite girly. I wear lots of skirts, feminine colours and cute heels
What is your favourite item in your wardrobe?
A midi-skirt – of course! Anyone that knows me knows I have one for every occasion… Smarter ones ideal for weddings and less formal ones, perfect for a girlie lunch
Who is your style icon?
I like classic, feminine styles like Mollie King
What is your favourite brand and why?
Zara has to be my favourite shop on the High Street. I can always find something in there, whether it be for work or for a special occasion. I also think it is great value for money
If you could live in with just one item of clothing, what would it be?
I think it would have to be a midi-skirt – comfy yet stylish!
Do you prefer to by a luxury piece of clothing or a luxury accessory?
For me it would have to be a luxury bag. I am a huge Aspinal of London fan so I am often saving up for something from there
What was your last purchase?
I bought a work jacket from Mango, ready for the colder months.
What is your must-have fashion item for summer?
A gorgeous pair of heels. I haven’t yet mastered the art of walking in sky scraper heels like Emma has, so for me a pair of platforms with a wedged heel are my favourite. The ones I’m wearing in these pictures are M&S and were so easy to walk in I ended up getting them in two different colours.
What is your biggest fashion faux-par?
My body shape is pear, so anything that doesn’t pull me in at the waist is a no-no. This means the T-Shirt dress is not for me.
I hope you enjoyed this September FFF edition
