After another great nights sleep and being woken with Isaac cuddles, it was time for our final day of our trip.

It was of course Sunday, so the day started in my favourite way… relaxed and full of food! After a lazy start (we were up at 7am!), we headed into Bamberg for around 11am.
If you follow me on social media then you may be aware that I am currently saving for a pair of Gucci shoes that I have been lusting after!
This means that I am being more controlled in my spending. I absolutely love boohoo for this. They have fashionable styles and really reasonable prices. I have ordered with them a few times now and I can not fault them. If you want current pieced to take away with you for reasonable prices, then this is your place!
Boohoo has been with me in Vienna and Germany and if you caught my Vienna blog, you’ll see I was almost top to toe in boohoo!
These sandals are also my holy grail at the moment. Palmaira do such a wide variety of the sandals and they are so comfortable. I live in these in the summer and I have them in two colours to ensure they will go with pretty much anything!
The Topshop Jamie jeans are such a great fit. I can’t believe that I only bought my first pair this year! They are a great fit and once again, so comfortable! I will certainly be adding more colours to my collection in the future!
Bamberg is about a 20-30minutes drive from Erlangen and it is absolutely beautiful. It is quite up and down, so prepare to do some walking, but I would say it was definitely worth it! We parked by a stunning church that was so quite and peaceful. The reason I say this is because we visited another one in the town and it was packed with tourists. This one contained about 5 other visitors and it was so much more to look at!
The town was packed! The sun was shining and the magic show was in town, my auntie Jo said she had never seen it so busy. Isaac spent most the journey on my dad’s shoulders, I think we could have lost him otherwise – he seemed so tiny in the crowd. We were hot and bothered and we needed to sit and cool down… We found the perfect ice cream parlour! I went for an after eight flavour sundae and it was incredible!
After filling up on sundae we headed to the rose gardens in Bamberg. It has a maze of roses and it smells gorgeous – perhaps avoid if your hay fever is wild at the moment though!
As it was hot and busy we decided to head back to Jo & Vicki’s for lunch. We sat outside and played cards in the sunshine. It was the perfect ending to our trip.
We tucked Isaac up for bed and had our last supper. The sausages in Erlangen were so scrummy, so I recommend trying these if you visit there.
One last dose of cake and we were heading back to the UK after a fantastic trip!
Auf Wiedersehen for now!
